“TIME” (1986)
A concert is underway somewhere on Earth where the biggest singing star on the planet is performing. Suddenly, mid-song, she is interrupted and is transported, with her entourage, to the High Court of the Universe in the Andromeda Galaxy to answer the charge that Earth has become a threat to Universal peace and as such cannot be allowed to continue its existence. The star and her orchestra are called upon by the Time Lord Melchizedek to defend their planet and a trial proceeds before the Divine Akash and a panel of High Judges to examine Earth's people and to determine what role they will play in the future of the Universe.
