Peggy Sue

"Peggy Sue Got Married" is a curious 1986 time travel gem directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Nicolas Cage in a famously bizarre performance as the long-suffering Charlie, alongside sexy, sultry Kathleen Turner at the height of her powers giving an Oscar nominated star turn. This film had a gigantic impact on me in terms of psychic foreshadowings particularly with Peggy's encounters with her grandparents. My grandmothers were key elements of my own psychic awakening and the mirrors in this movie are extremely powerful.

A SUBLIME SCORE

John Barry's score is beautiful. Really gorgeous. Perfectly haunting and evocative. I consider it a perfect nostalgic film composition.
